Can anyone comment on how they can actually make this worse for us if we do not actually receive equality or if it is appealled to the Supreme Court? I don't have any confidence in Supreme Court majority.
This is a make or break moment, Molly. We are at the stage where we need to force the court's hand so it stops the gaslighting that's been going on for a century and a half and state clearly whether it considers women equal citizens deserving of equal protection or not. If it rules against us, then we finally have some clarity and the hypocrisy and injustice are plain for all to see.
